"NCS" chargers are the ideal solution for those applications where low cost, toughness and a good design are needed. The wide range of available chargers meets all requirements. The typical "constant current mode" ensures the standard charge of differents strings of cells with the same device, without presetting needs. No charge termination system is provided, in consequance it is advisable to chose a charger with output current not exceeding 1/10 of the nominal capacity of the battery to charged. Note that higher currents, without termination control, can cause overcharging and premature ageing of the battery. The working of the charger is shown by two LEDs on the front side:
- Green LED: main connected;
- Yellow LED: charge in progress.
Devices conform to EEC standard specifications.
